HUMAN-CENTERED DESIGN x COMPLEX SYSTEMS
@ MIT Media Lab
I am a practitioner of innovation across scales and physical-digital medium with over 8 years experience in product, service, design, and organizational development strategies and execution. I have extensive experience collaborating with Fortune 500 companies and top-level government agencies on designing human interaction and service delivery for systems at scales ranging from corporate headquarters to mobile phones. I now focus on addressing large scale, urban issues (e.g. health, wellbeing, mobility) that require simultaneous technological, design, policy and behavioral interventions.
